Improving the carer's allowance system Allow carers of persons with disabilities to receive carer's allowance

The Hong Kong Blind People's Association issued a press release today, once again urging the government to include people who are both disabled and carers into the carer's allowance scheme, allowing them to receive a monthly subsidy of HK$3,000 to relieve their financial pressure.
